Dragnus K. Armand XII

Shown here atop the peak of a mountain in The Frozen Wasteland near his palatial hideaway, Dragnus Armand is the eleventh son of the megalomaniac known as Dragnus Omega. His glowing red eyes are a clear indication that he is a keloran, a race of highly evolved superhumans. The armor he wears is of his own design; this particular model is Keloran ExoSuit Mk. 7.
